Wanda Kiser has more than 12 years’ coaching experience. She considers herself a natural coach, and loves assisting job seekers to ace the interview and overcome a variety of career concerns. Wanda is a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP) and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC). She is passionate about helping others to maximize their career potential, and her clients have experienced measurable success after undergoing coaching.
Wanda has an innate ability in helping others understand their strengths, which boosts their confidence level, and propels them to move forward. She guides her clients towards “setting and realizing” attainable goals.

Janet Barclay, of Organized Assistant, is a Virtual Assistant and Website Designer. She has been with us for several years, and has been a tremendous resource as for Internet research and administrative support, always producing highly professional results.
An Honours graduate of York University, Janet has a wide range of administrative, supervisory, and front-line experience. She has earned the designation of Master Virtual Assistant, is a certified Shopping Cart Specialist, and has been honoured with several awards and award nominations.
