What can I expect from cybercounselling, and is it confidential?

Cybercounselling is career counselling that takes place through real-time online chat, instead of through face-to-face sessions. Your confidentiality is protected by 2048-bit encryption, which ensures that no one can read your messages except the intended recipient. Cybercounselling sessions will take place in a password-protected, encrypted chat room, and you will also be provided with a password-protected, encrypted email account for communication between sessions. As a cybercounselling client, you will also have access to our Online Assessment Centre, which includes:the following assessment instruments:
