Sandra earned the prestigious Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, demonstrating her up-to-date knowledge of current HR practices.

Sandra's work was selected to be featured in the "Directory of Professional Resume Writers: How to Find and Work with a Pro to Accelerate Your Job Search," scheduled to be released in early 2008.

Sandra was honoured with the
Career Professionals Association of Canada’s
2007 Award of Excellence for “Outstanding
Volunteer Contributor to the Community” for her
instrumental role in developing
NAAAP’s Mentorship Program.

Sandra recently became a Charter
Member of the
Association of
Mentoring Professionals.

Sandra
won an international Award of Excellence for
Professional Development for two consecutive years (2006 and 2007) for her role in designing the North American Association of Asian Professionals' first-ever Mentorship Program from the ground up.

Sandra earned the
Certified Web Portfolio Practitioner (CWPP)
certification in August, 2005, making her the
first CWPP in Canada.

Sandra Lim was asked to give a presentation
on e-Coaching
at the
Canadian Career Information Association's
Career Conference on May 27, 2005.

Sandra has taken an active role within the
North American Association of Asian
Professionals (NAAAP) as the
Director of Mentorship.

Sandra also won Honourable Mention
in the
2004
Writer's Digest Writing Competition,
which attracted close to 18,000 entries.

Sandra attended the
Association of Psychological Type
International Conference in
July 2004, and is looking forward to building
upon her skills in using the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator® for career counselling.

Sandra attended the
Opportunities Conference in
November 2004, where she was honoured as
Winner of the prestigious
Gillian Johnston Award for Career
Counselling, sponsored by the
Ontario Alliance of Career Development
Professionals. Her winning application essay
is entitled: "Striving for Excellence in
Leading-Edge Career Counselling Practices"
and describes her cybercounselling
initiatives.
